Fantastic learning solution for learning within the (1) lean teams (2) small businesses (3) firms undertaking their 1st or 2nd LMS modules. Content management, user management (internal & external using FTP), report generation is foolproof and solid. Provides notes feature and ability to search through categories such as skills, catalogs etc.

I find it very easy to use with its neat and clean interface. Also, I can manage my online courses smoothly. It works fine for both sides, as for trainer and learner.

1) SAAS compatible. Cloud based set-up saves a lot of cost for setting servers. 2) 30 days trial period is good opportunity for free trial 3) Modules can be well customized with your brand logos, colors, layouts 4) IOS & android compatible as well as multi-device support 5) Focus on skills and a well established reporting module. Content can be stored locally as a data repository and can be retrieved as required 6) Aids in selection of type of notifications you would like to be displayed on the learning screen 7) Integrates well with Salesforce and Zoom

Captivate Prime's interface is very intuitive and has a modern design and straightforward navigation for both administrators and learners. Captivate Prime has the ability to integrate seamlessly with Adobe suite tools like Creative Cloud so it gives the users the chance to create interactive and visually appealing courses. The platform offers detailed reporting tools that provide insights into learner progress, course completion rates and skill development.

I find the quality of the videos drop when they are played back and the mobile experience is not as great as the desktop version.

1) Latency, navigational challenges, stability of module and lag in accessing content. Can be improved substantially 2) Content could be made available to be accessible offline and available in multi lingual options 3) Need strong integration with social apps allowing peer to peer sharing of development and progress made in learning 4) Self help and tutorials (software learning/training modules) can be improved drastically. Technical support is outsourced. 5) Gamification needs to be upbeat to ensure sustained user interest in training modules 6) Increase the size of content that can be uploaded (e.g. only videos <900 mb can be uploaded) 7) Allow direct messaging to the fellow users

The UI is very user-friendly for learners/employees and for the administrators as well, however for administrators it might be complex for the initial setup and configuration process which requires more guidance and training from the support team. I also find it a bit limited in the customization options, as the platform lacks sufficient customization for branding, layouts and course templates which makes it harder to match corporate aesthetics. Captivate Prime is more expensive than the other options on the market, so it might be prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups.

I'm also impressed by its feature of making the content a fun exercise by turning it into games for better engagement. However, it might be a steep learning curve for beginners as it does not have a beginner-friendly interface.
