Amazing tool and customer service
An incredible tool and customer service, I recommend it 200%! After an in-depth benchmark to find our first LMS, 360 Learning really stood out, both because of the features it offers and its intuitive interface, as well as its R&D center, which is part of its DNA. This is because 360Learning is much more advanced than many of its competitors in integrating artificial intelligence to facilitate module creation, for example. During both pre-sales and implementation, the customer service support was fantastic, despite the time difference (we are based in Quebec). They always respond to us quickly, and their answers or suggestions are always relevant.
