I've been using Xactly for years, not just at my current company, but at my previous 3 companies as well. I think the tool is great for managing comp plans, showing your quota achievements, etc. The companies setup do influence the quality of the information provided via the tool, but that's something Xactly cannot control

Based on my professional experience this is overall the most optimal commissions/sales performance tool I've ever seen. It offers great flexibility but at the same time full control over the process. Add to that how well their customer service team responds to all our queries and how they keep the product up to date based on feedback they constantly collect.

Overall, my experience has been positive from a finance perspective.
