The ECAP Platform is well designed, stable and performs reliably in daily operations. It offers an intuitive user interface and allows efficient handling of both, document management and document creation. From an IT administrative perspective, configuration and maintenance are straightforward and well structured. A key strength is the support provided by the ESCRIBA-Team. Response times are fast and there is always a competent contact available, even in case of incidents or urgent requests. Additionally, training sessions are offered with great trainer, which makes it easier to get started with the system.

SuccessFactors was a fine tool, but it's almost too much from an employee experience

It's a comprehensive place to track employee history and store important documents for easy retrieval to fully service our employee population.

Oracle HR Help Desk Cloud Service is a robust and secure platform with strong enterprise capabilities. It works reliably for case management and tracking, but the user experience is not intuitive and often feels overly complex for everyday operational use. Simple tasks require too many steps, navigation is not user-friendly and response times depend heavily on configuration quality. Effective, but not efficient without significant setup and training.

The system does a good job of keeping employee relations cases organized and consistent. Having everything in one place makes tracking issues, documenting conversations, and following cases through much easier. The workflows and reporting are helpful once you get used to them and support more structured, case handling.There is a bit of a learning curve and some limits around customization, but overall it's been a helpful and reliable tool
