What I miss sometimes is a more proactive support, bringing external ideas and insight analysis based on the analytics performance on how we set up the product internally, but also market trends. I have had a very good experience over the past 6 years using Tanium. The platform continues to improve and the user interface continues to become more user friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is to bring back the TAM model. I had weekly meetings with my TAM before and now I don't have those meetings and have to open tickets with support.
