Managing desktops and laptops that are not always on our domain is a major win since now as long as they have a internet connection of any kind we can still manage that device and does not need to be connected via VPN Monitor and manage software with usage reports on all devices as well as reclaiming licensed software and or removal of software no longer allowed in our domain is key for compliance
all of the above. flexibility, yet absolute precission. no guessing or estimating. if you code the solution right it just delivers.
Dashboarding has been a key weakness relative to competitors in this market and users of this product internally, believe they are better served by aa graphic than hard data.
I do wish there was more options on building out computer management groups. I wish we could have different used, unused and rarely used time frames for each product we build policy for on the reclaiming aspect of the product.
