It is difficult to find a vendor that is small enough to be responsive to customers yet large enough to deliver a full-featured stable product. We have used ControlUp since it was a smaller VDI-focused niche tool and though the company has grown significantly they have managed to retain that "small-vendor" responsiveness that makes all the difference when working with a partner to keep systems up and running.

As we are one of the largest consumers of SysTrack, our Lakeside Customer Relations Manager and Customer Success Engineer hold 2 meetings per week to address and provide follow-up to to any questions, issues or feature enhancement requests we may have.

The platform is intuitive and allows you to transition from ticket-based management to DEX-based management. Furthermore, the training provided for learning this technology is very comprehensive and facilitates proactively working in the user's best interest.

We have come to rely on the TeamViewer DEX platform on a daily basis. It helps us to not only find the information that we need in a timely manner, but to also take corrective actions to make sure our environment stays updated and safe.

I have had a very good experience over the past 6 years using Tanium. The platform continues to improve and the user interface continues to become more user friendly. The only thing I wish they would change is to bring back the TAM model. I had weekly meetings with my TAM before and now I don't have those meetings and have to open tickets with support. My company was paying to have a TAM so that we had someone that had specific knowledge of our environment.
