Druva gives us reliable, centralized backups for our VMware servers and file shares without having to maintain additional backup hardware on-site. It offers good reporting and it is easy to manage. We had some proxy failures early on, but support and the documentation helped us work through that. There have been no recent issues and it's been quite stable for a couple of years. Customer support has been proactive and reached out to help us reduce our credit usage and now we have a surplus to use toward our next 3 years of the service.
