Difficulty was in finding the best consultants to help implement. Went through various consultants before we were able to secure our "A" team. Found that consultants from Partners are preferable to Corp IFS consultants. Was a great solution that allowed us to easily have separate Revenue Recognition from Invoice billing - which was not easy for many software solutions to accomplish. In our case we have migrated jdEdwards from version 8.12 to the last version 9.2, always on premise. We carry out the omplementation with an Oracle channel thant has made the project a bit complex for us since it didn't follow as expected the changes to be implemented in our proceses. Everythig implied a greater cost. In addition the project was underestimated by the provider in time and effort. We are already 4 month later. The documentation seems to be "good" if you have a system that was setup correctly.
