I have been working on this since the time of Universal Analytics and have close to 5 yrs of experience now. It has been a powerful and reliable tool for tracking user behavior, optimizing campaigns, and driving data back insights.

It feels like a partnership, they helped get us onboarded which included significant effort as we had a lot of data that still needed wrangling. We engage via Product CABs and have made suggestions that are then taken forth and added to the product roadmap.

It's powerful, but there's a lot of manual setup needed and some weird limitations when it comes to analyzing A/B tests through Adobe Target. Also not very user friendly.

Glassbox is a wonderful, complex, and insightful tool that has unlocked user insights, allowing us to build better products and experiences for consumers. We have been able to identify issues within the experience and understand user struggles we couldn't identify otherwise.

Google Analytics 360 is a central tool for analyzing digital performance, allowing you to have a consolidated view of all channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) and consistently measure the impact of campaigns. We can understand all user behavior on the website, from how they arrived until they converted.

Contentsquare platform provides exceptional functionality for user analytics. Its ease of setup and unique capabilities helped us in analytics for the features we wanted to release but never had the ability to measure.

Brilliant system that works fantastically well out of the box. Support teams are extremely responsive and hands-on. New features are built with the end-user in mind and are masterfully built.
