There's an option to respond to our reviews and edit them as needed to take their remarks and turn it into a learning experience and improve from. We don't use their AI feature as it's repetitive and kinda bland for marketing purposes.

From initial contact to final implementation and go-live, everything went extremely professionally and smoothly. The consistently helpful communication regarding questions, both during and after implementation, is particularly noteworthy. The team is always extremely helpful and provides support as quickly and competently as possible. The Customer Success Managers also manage to find a suitable solution in most cases, even if a custom solution first needs to be developed. I'm only deducting one star for the limited range of analytics options. In my opinion, there's still room for improvement here, as currently no attractive custom reports can be created and the data is only available as a CSV export.

It can be a little frustrating to use at first. But once you get used to it, it works great.
