The training offered and the various webinars conducted as a part of Celosphere makes it easy to adapt to this new technological sensation quite comfortably. The availability of connectors in abundance to connect to various databases helps to improve in multiple domains. The organization has started to implement Process Mining and has already excelled in using the Plant Maintenance and was able to optimize process for a punctual start of maintenance. Similarly in other areas such as Trading, Sales, HR etc, the business sees the potential that Celonis adds to them and the proactive notifications are of great help. The introduction of OCPM has paved the way for so many opportunities within and most importantly in mapping the End-to-End processes. It is very intuitive and easy to use.
