It has significantly reduced manual follow-ups for our operations team, though we've found the report customization to be a bit rigid for our specific niche requirements.

I am a former user of this product, back then the Navisphere was linked to customer's SAP. It is user friendly first of all, clear surface and easy to track. However, it takes a lot of manual work to debug some issues.
