Celonis has great functionality and is very versatile in terms of process mining. It can do a lot even in terms of BI, operational use cases, but it excels at the process mining part and to show eventlogs and process variants.

My answer with IBM process mining has been positive. this platform provides clear visibility into our business platform process, helping identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. the implementation process is straightforward and the integration with existing system was smooth. I particularly appreciated the advanced analytics and automation, which allowed us to make-data-driven decisions and improve performance

The support we have received from SAP Signavio regarding the use of Process Insights has been outstanding! However, we are missing certain analytical features in Process Insights that would allow us to validate the tool's insights. Other critical limitations arise from the tool's central design decisions, since the foundational assumption is that the process landscape is somewhat aligned to SAP's best practice processes. During our pilot project, we quickly realised that, for processes that have evolved over decades and are therefore no longer aligned with best practice, most of the assumptions and, consequently, the insights are invalid. Nevertheless, we were able to uncover improvement potentials in the aforementioned pilot, but the validation of these was hindered by the lack of flexibility in the analysis functionalities.

My overall experience with power automate has been very positive. I mainly use it to automate internal processes, such as approval workflows for on-call availability and overtime requests. The platform allows me to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort and errors,and improve process transparency. It is intuitive to use and integrates well with other microsoft tools.

Aris has been an essential tool for identifying operational bottlenecks and driving front to back process optimization. The platform’s ability to handle billions of data rows across multiple departments makes it a true enterprise grade solution. We have specifically benefited from process accelerators and native connectors for SAP and Salesforce, which enabled faster time to insights. Although the learning curve for casual users can be steep, the quality of the dashboards and the collaborative portal have significantly improved transoarency and common understanding across our organization.

I have had nothing but good experiences with ABBY Timeline. Bottlenecks, inefficiencies and automation opportunities can be quickly identified thanks to the platform’s robust data visualization, process mining and analysis capabilities. Once you get used to it, the interface is easy to use, and its capacity to manage big datasets and provide useful insights greatly enhances process optimization and decision-making. All things considered, ABBY Timeline is a strong and useful tool for data-driven operational development.

ServiceNow Process Mining gives us clear visibility into how work really flows through our processes, not just how it is documented. The biggest benefit is that it works inside the ServiceNow platform, so the team can move from a process view to the actual records causing delays. The main tradeoffs are that value depends on data quality and setup choices, and licensing can take time to fully understand.
