Anaplan has given us a single, connected platform to replace what used to be a patchwork of spreadsheets. Building and maintaining multiple forecasting models is straightforward, and the ability to make changes and see them flow through in real time has meaningfully improved both the speed and accuracy of our forecasts. We also have far greater control over our forecasting versions - being able to manage multiple scenarios and forecast versions in a single, structured environment has made it much easier to compare versions, maintain a clear audit trail and keep everyone working from the same source of truth. The platform scales well as our needs grow, and business users have adapted quickly thanks to its familiar, flexible interface.

Here at our company, we see our partnership with Oracle Sales and Technology teams as a key strategic relationship to support our long-term EPM strategy. The open dialog with Oracle promotes an open channel for feedback for us to share best practices and find constructive solutions to alleviate roadblocks with the business. Our partnership with Oracle has ensured our success when we run into questions and their collaborative spirit continues to demonstrate their commitment to customer success.

Overall, our experience with Vena has been very positive. The platform helped our finance team move away from multiple disconnected spreadsheets to a more structured and centralized process. Because the solution is built on Excel, we were able to adopt it very quickly, while still adding strong governance and workflow management.

From implementation to using Tagetik on a regular basis I personally and our finance team are extremely happy with the capabilities of Tagetik. It took our financial planning processes to the next level and we have still a lot of room to grow to fully utilize the capabilities of Tagetik. Currently we are implementing a Pillar2 Solution with Tagetik as well.

Overall, my experience with Prophix has been very positive. It has helped streamline our financial planning and reporting processes, reducing reliance on manual work and improving efficiency across the team. While there is a learning curve at the beginning, especially for more advanced features, the platform becomes a powerful tool once fully implemented. The support team has also been responsive and helpful throughout the process.

This has been a standout for effective financial planning in the organization.
