Automatically updating financial reports saves a lot of time each month. Budget templates with a workflow that can be directed to specific users have been great. Being able to continue to operate in excel had been a strength as well.

Vena is easily integrated into different systems, such as QuickBooks, CRM systems, SAP, Xero, and Microsoft Excel Dynamics. It has a collaboration feature that allows multiple users to work on different projects simultaneously, commenting and sharing for team-based coordination and escalating it for acknowledgment.

The account reconciliation process isn't quite as functional as some other tools, but as a relatively low cost add-on it gets it done. Learning how the reporting works took a little time but after working on some reports you pick it up. Our primary dashboard refresh time is a bit slow.

Read Full ReviewVena appears very classic when it is rendered in Excel. It takes a little bit extra time to open reports in different templates so reports get delayed. When a new GL is added it takes 15-20 minutes to enter data for the first time to pursue adding more data into systems invoices, cash register, and consolidated financial reporting in ERP systems.
