While using IBM PM i like its AI feature while dealing with strong with shortage of ideas during the analysis of data, it helped me in getting good recommendations and even helped me in getting good visualizations or predicting data accurately which made things a bit easier for us.

Process mining really helps in the discovery phase of the projects

My overall experience is so good that SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is the current evolution in BPM. It extracting Event data from SAP S/4 HANA system and converting it to actual process Workflow, bottlenecks, deviations, rework loops etc.

My overall experience with power automate has been very positive. I mainly use it to automate internal processes, such as approval workflows for on-call availability and overtime requests. The platform allows me to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort and errors,and improve process transparency. It is intuitive to use and integrates well with other microsoft tools.

Aris has been an essential tool for identifying operational bottlenecks and driving front to back process optimization. The platform’s ability to handle billions of data rows across multiple departments makes it a true enterprise grade solution. We have specifically benefited from process accelerators and native connectors for SAP and Salesforce, which enabled faster time to insights. Although the learning curve for casual users can be steep, the quality of the dashboards and the collaborative portal have significantly improved transoarency and common understanding across our organization.

ServiceNow process mining is a unique tool.. I had the chance to work on it with one of our clients.. I find it useful how it is integrated with other internal applications like Performance Analytics..

I would have appreciated more proactive guidance regarding the infrastructure requirements and setup process. The deployment took several months after contract signing due to activities and dependencies that were not fully understood upfront. Earlier visibility into these requirements would have helped us prepare sooner and begin using the product much earlier. Additionally, support coverage during US business hours would improve the overall customer experience and accelerate issue resolution.
