VTEX has enabled a major step forward in our digital transformation, delivering a modern platform that aligns well with our long-term growth strategy. Their team (especially the architects) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and results-driven throughout the implementation process and remains so post-cutover. The admin interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped with onboarding and daily operations. That said, having more 3rd party integrations would reduce the need for custom work in future phases (even though most of our custom development stemmed from our own business rules, not platform gaps).
