BC is not great at handling a highly customizable subscription based business. The options for capturing payment method are limited for example. When you start layering non standard requirements things can get a bit difficult. for example: I need a one click, logged in, remember my creditcard checkout

Their team was not able to gather the requirements properly and hence we needed to iterate over the requirements phase more than once. 2. Every minor change was considered a Change request and billed separately. 3. They put junior resources on the project which led to project delays, one senior resource would have helped to expedite the project.
