It has good customer care and support services available 24/7 via voice call or online chat. We use Contently software for content marketing. The product allows us to manage our campaign performance and enhance editorial planning and content distribution. Through the use of the software we have also been able to track our conversations and optimise SEO. Use of the product has improved our brand visibility across across all search engines and enhanced our presence across many platforms.

It's a good editorial planning tool in sense of planning multiple campaign but not the most sophisticated project management tool.

Overall its a great tool for scaling content production and team to start from without much prior knowledge one can produce the desired results.
