One of the most liked is that all the content is saved in one place so nothing its gets lost and the system is properly organized my all of the work plan and the calendar makes my daily task very organized and the team work is easier to become can see the updates, I can check the status of any task without asking anybody.
Content was easy to access, it made useful content suggestions and tweaks, and it allowed us to schedule out parts of the process for different departments who needed to be involved.
I like how it have multiple things in one place such as create, plan and can manage the content also due to the smooth workflow everything goes smooth as expected. Using content calendar I can see what's going on.
At the start it was confusing for me to understand properly the dashboard as it looks like an old type. Sometimes the software loading is slow and there are not many customizable things. It is an expense for small companies and learning all the features takes time.
Parts of the design seemed dated and we had some integration issues. It wasn't very easy to customize and onboarding was difficult.
The interface is not my favorite because which looks outdated and search feature is bit slow and need many keywords.
