The user interface is designed for a marketer's mind - it's very aesthetically pleasing and faciliates creativity. I find the scheduling to be easy to follow even with multiple events happening simultaneously, and it has allowed me to ensure I'm making progress towards my separate projects with handy, well-timed reminders.
It is pretty simple to use, the GUI is good and you can maneuver around it well.
I like the simplicity of the product and its features. No fuss about complicating the task of marketing teams. One can get started with minimum effort and time. The time saved per week is a massive plus.
The requirement for constant tracking of each individual's progress has put some strain on certain team members who thrive in a more laissez-faire environment, whereas this is certainly paternalistic. Therefore we've had struggles with certain members fully utilising the features, which somewhat defeats the point of tracking the team's schedules.
There are too many features for me to utilise, would be easier if it was simpler. I can justify pricing because of this.
The ability to add more accounts of the same social media platform would be helpful and also bringing in more social media channels like Reddit would be nice. Reddit is challenging platform but a good to have.
