Overall, my experience with SAP has been that it drives strong process discipline and automation in procurement execution, particularly requisition and approval workflows with consistent action-based notifications and visibility. Ariba is a solid enterprise platform for enforcing process controls - approvals and transaction routing are systematic and auditable - but day-to-day success depends heavily on how well onboarding and integrations are tuned.

My overall experience with GEP SMART's Sourcing and Contract Management modules has been positive. The platform offers a comprehensive and integrated procurement solution that streamlines sourcing events, supplier collaboration and contract lifecycle management. The user interface is intuitive, and the workflow automation capabilities help improve efficiency, transparency and compliance across procurement processes. The AI-enabled features and reporting capabilities add value by providing better visibility and decision support. While there is a learning curve for some advanced configuration and complex workflows, the platform's overall functionality, flexibility, and integration capabilities make it a strong solution for organizations looking to modernize and optimize their source to contract processes.

The Zycus P2P solution has met the complex needs of our very diverse organization. The solution has proven to be flexible and adaptive to the trends that challenge the norm. They have continually demonstrated a customer-driven focus while at the same time evolving their solution to stay current with technological advancements in the P2P space (i.e. Generative AI, bots, apps, etc.). The Zycus group treats the customer relationship as a true partnership.

Jaggaer has been an excellent partner in streamlining our procurement needs and making us more digital in the process. They have allowed us to support guided buying initiatives that have helped reduce the number of invoices we process by 49% for our largest volume supplier. Guided buying initiatives supported have also helped reduce barriers that our internal customers were facing giving them more transparency and ease of use while allowing us to develop allowable purchases for them to select from to maintain compliance. The contract management tool has helped keep us compliant and allows for reduced processes when ordering from a contract. They have been a good collaborative partner and have supported many of our ideas and worked toward helping us better improve our processes. I would highly recommend Jaggaer to my colleagues at other institutions.

Very complete solution in terms of P2P process, it has been implemeted very quickly and succesfully troughout the whole organization. Strong point adaptability and configuration potential for a brand new prcurement organization. S2C solution is very powerful as well, connecting al modules (Contract, suppler, risk & performance) with wide sourcing management options.

The collaboration between the different Ivalua teams and the implementation partner has been strong. Any challenges which arose during design and implementation were discussed collaboratively to identify and agree solutions. The Ivalua maintenance team has been just as strong in their ongoing service and support. They understand day-to-day business pressures, respond to system bugs or questions, and work closely with Ivalua teams to identify root causes and deliver fixes. Overall, Ivalua is a powerful tool which offers a wide range of functionality to support business requirements and processes, and they continue to enhance the system and offer new capabilities.

Our company uses only the accounts payable solution of Source-To-Pay. The entire process from initial scoping through to development and end usage was well structured and managed by Esker's professional services team. Clear deadlines and milestones were given during development and implementation that kept the project on track, with all tasks handled via Monday. Regular discussions were held with to make sure everyone involved in the project was clear on the progress and potential issues, which allowed problems to be tackled pro-actively. This resulted in our company going live on time with minimal issues, and without any disruption to the wider business.
