RPM-SIM has many areas of improvement into reporting and how forms are setup, maintained and reported out of, but Coupa has taking the time to address some of our pain points within the existing capabilities which am sure they will evolve in updacoming upgrades

Certain aspects of the system offer limited configurability, which can affect alignment with specific business processes. The platform has restrictions in designing complex or highly customized approval chains, although a recent upgrade allows more complexity than before.

A solid and highly customisable S2P platform, with strengths at the payments end, but lacking at the Sourcing end.
From a product perspective, Coupa feels like the "Android" version of a S2P suite, with a significant amount of operational customisation available. Approval workflows, restricted access groups and granular user permissions allow the ability to customise the way in which the business interacts with the tool, catering for a variety of use cases, depending on which part of the business is using the tool. The vendor's customer success team has been very receptive and has guided us through the journey.
