In terms of service as implementation partners they have been a key contributor to the deployment of processes and technology but more than that, Coupa has go on and beyond to accommodate all the customer needs that we have had which is extremely important for our success.

Coupa offers a variety of products and services that are bundled together as a single suite. This offers a very tight compatibility and integration between various modules as a result of which there is an instant transition of information between various modules. To take a few examples: Coupa offers an instant sync between Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa core which helps us to ensure we screen/Risk Assess our suppliers while onboarding the suppliers in a timely manner. The direct linkage of Contracts with requisition & invoices helps in tracking spend efficiently & understanding the current spend trends as well as projected spend for our organization.
RPM-SIM has many areas of improvement into reporting and how forms are setup, maintained and reported out of, but Coupa has taking the time to address some of our pain points within the existing capabilities which am sure they will evolve in updacoming upgrades
pricing for additional modules, not able to test it before but always have to sign/buy for may users for multie years. not agile
Coupa offers a wide range of features, customization options and excellent service, the one area where I see room for improvement is in customer specific enhancements. We understand that it's difficult to make customer focused changes and it can be challenging. However, I would like Coupa to further strengthen and streamline their enhancement intake channel to better capture the customer needs
