Overall, my experience with Staffbase has been solid. It's made internal communication a lot more organized, especially reaching out to our distributed and frontline teams through the app and intranet in one place. The analytics dashboard is genuinely useful for seeing what content resonates.

During the time we used Workplace, the experience was positive, primarily due to its ease of use and because it helped improve internal communication. With an interface very similar to Facebook, employee adoption was quick and didn't require much training. It worked quite well for sharing announcements, creating teams by department, posting relevant information, and keeping remote teams connected. It also allowed for more dynamic and participatory communication than simply using email.

Viva Engage is duplicative and causes major confusion for our colleague base about where to go for official internal communications and approved spaces for community building/discussion (i.e., tool sprawl). Viva Connections is helpful to those colleagues who prefer not switching between Teams and web browser to browse SharePoint content, but the added value beyond that isn't really taking hold. Viva Insights is useful, but has limitations on what data is captured and thus doesn't show a complete picture. Viva Learning is probably the most useful of them all, but many orgs have their own preferred platform - so again, there is risk of tool sprawl or tool cannibalization.

Connecteam has simplified our communication in many ways. It easily connects our remote and hybrid teams, ensuring easy engagement. It makes it easy to send critical updates and features such as read receipts helps ascertain that critical updates are received. Thanks to smooth communication, we have realized operational efficiency.

Workvivo made the overall experience much better as I can use it on my mobile and on the desktop which makes it reliable as I can see updates from anywhere at anytime. It lets the different teams feel connected who don't usually talk.
