It integrates with our existing environment for SSO and internal user identities (via mapping AD to in-system user accounts) and has had excellent uptime with no noticeable or significant outages.

ETQ has been a strong and flexible QMS platform that has helped process control, traceability and visibility across quality system like NCR, CAPA, Audit Management, Training Management and Document Management. its configurability allows organization to adapt workflows to their business needs and scale across multiple sites. i have used ETQ in my previous company.

It helps manage quality control, quality assurance, and QESH (Quality, Environment, safety, and Health) processes in a single platform. It mainly focuses on data-driven quality management, automation of workflows, and real-time monitoring and reporting. QA helps with Integrations with systems like SAP, Salesforce etc.It is easy to learn and operate for both testers and analysts.

I worked closely with teams using EASE to track quality issues and improve how they were communicated wot engineering and product teams. The insights from EASE also help us better understand customer pain points tied to release quality
