AssurX is an incredibly easy vendor to deal with. They're responsive, personable, and very knowledgeable. AssurX feels much more like a partner than just a vendor. The support offered is best in class - AssurX is far and away the best support experience I have had, from their help desk to their professional services. There's also consistency. I've been working with the same people for years now and I have developed relationships with them.

User experience feedback in our organization overall is "complicated" and not intuitive. Configurability of the overall system is great, but not easy to achieve. Better training for administrators needed Increasing 'instability' random errors and timeouts.
