AlisiQI is a cloud-based quality management system that is designed mainly for manufacturing industries. It helps manage quality control, quality assurance, and QESH (Quality, Environment, safety, and Health) processes in a single platform. It mainly focuses on data-driven quality management, automation of workflows, and real-time monitoring and reporting. QA helps with Integrations with systems like SAP, Salesforce etc.It is easy to learn and operate for both testers and analysts.

Working with the Oracle team was a delight. They were very attentive to our needs and listened to all of our concerns and put action behind each of those concerns. Our product team has been comprised of 2 full time employees for the last 16 years, and we're so excited to expand on our products while keeping the 2 engineers' brains at the forefront of our designs. The compliance and audit management is what really drew us in to this tool. We've been working off of paper trails and hidden OneDrive folders for too long. We're very happy so far with the way we've been able to manage our PLM now.

We offer chronic condition management programs to our clients and we provide devices to the members when they are enrolled. All device related issues are being handled in CQ. We are using only complaints module, but there are more capabilities to it. This has really helped us in streamlining our complaints management process. One of the key benefits has been ability to integrate the complaints workflow into our Salesforce eco system especially into our case management. This allows our service and operations teams to access complaint data alongside member and case information, which eliminated the need for external tracking system and improved our efficiency.
