We started testing out monday.com as part of a broader plan to modernise how teams manage delivery across both technology and business units, as different departments were using different tools like Excel trackers and Sharepoint lists that made cross-team visibility difficult. monday.com standardised how work is tracked while still giving teams flexibility in how they structure boards and workflows. Traditional project governance sits alongside agile delivery squads in our organisation, but the platform is able to support both styles. Due to the visual nature of the boards, along with automations and dashboards, teams were able to adopt it quickly without extensive training.

My overall experience with ClickUp has been really great. I love the new updates with ClickUp 4.0, making it a centralized hub, which makes working with my team easier. I no longer need to leave the app to manage communication, documentation or project execution. I can work with my team, manage Agile sprints, organize project folders and now use sub-folders to structure work more efficiently. Compared to previous years, the platform feels much more aligned with how I manage projects today. I also like the ClickUp Brain feature that allows us to create different AI Agents for different tasks to streamline how we work. This has also forced me to experiment with AI and see how it could be beneficial in other areas in my business. Overall, I'm really happy with ClickUp and excited about how it continues to evolve.
