Overall Zoho social is a very good tool to manage your business social media under a single platform, you do not have to use multiple platforms individually to post to different channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google my business, youtube, WhatsApp Etc. I'm a big fan of how flexible Social Studio is - if I want a CS package for Twitter, I've got it. If I want to research a topic, I can easily set it up because it is also reliable in its feature set. It collects data from different sources and it is also very easy to download the collected data if you wish. It has a good overall user interface, is reasonably well organized and easy to use on a daily basis, easy to use and tons of cool features for case management and online reputation management with support for multiple platforms.
