Overall, this system is much better than the previous systems we were using and it combined three systems into one for us! Overall I would like a little more flexibility as far as customization for some of our complex processes but Sirion does always try to find a workaround or update in a later cycle to accommodate our needs. The overall experience, which is ongoing as we are still implementing, has been positive. The team has been terrific to work with, and we've found them to be flexible and innovative. Our experience now that we've launched the first phase, it's also been positive overall. We have had some challenges with adoption, but no more than one would expect with legal technology.
