It works well when our tracking and data are correctly setup: we can use Architect to connect different steps in the user lifecycle, trigger timely emails and in-app messages, and run always-on journeys instead of manual blasts. What has not worked as smoothly is mostly on our side: when our events, SDK versions, or contents preparation are not fully ready, it slows down how quickly we can launch experiments or adopt new features.
