I love how intuitive the platform is - I needed to hit the ground running when I started as a new user to Iterable and it was easy to do that straight away, and then further build on my knowledge with the Iterable Foundations Course and supporting documentation. There are a number of ways to build emails, so if you're at an intermediate level or an HTML pro, you can easily build beautiful attention-grabbing designs. Testing your emails is really simple to set up and report on, which means you don't have to spend ages trawling through data, you can test and learn quickly and easily, to optimise your campaigns.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, I've been able to train new hires on the platform in less than an hour. It's intuitive with a clean UI, so new hires are able to bounce around the system with ease. After creating and launching a few campaigns, they feel confident and comfortable within the system.

When scheduling in different timezones it won't allow me to turn on STO, I have to remember to go back and do it. Heatmaps stopped working recently.

Read Full ReviewThe major weakness of the platform is that your organization must have a technical implementation resource to work alongside Iterable. The next weakness is the integration with certain platforms. With Webhook and API capabilities, you can likely connect to any system you need to - you just need the technical resource to execute. Finally, the price for a short code is incredibly expensive and can easily cost more than your contracted SMS quantities.

I find the platform so simple to use and there are so many opportunities I'm yet to explore as we build our email marketing strategy. Planning, creating and reporting on our communications is easy, and the support structure in place means I have the option to use the extensive online support and training documentation, contact the support team or check in with my Account Manager should I need to. Sleek and Fast UX Stands Out but Lacks Journey Analytics Insights
It's outstanding knowing i used to work in other marketing cloud platforms. Iterable really stands out with its sleek ux, and very efficient fast ux. I have rarely encountered slow loading times or bugs which is one of the things i rank very highly on my list. I also think the ux is really well implemented and simple to understand and play around with!
