“Easy to use but overcomplicated segmentation and inefficient updates”
While the platform is generally easy to navigate and has strong usability, there are certain features that detract from the overall experience. The segmentation tool is overcomplicated and frequent updates to different areas of the platform provide little added value. For example, recent changes made to the image tool have made uploading and changing an image time consuming.

Powerful tool with good support and product updates, but can be complex and clunky
Iterable has very flexible functionality so you can accomplish complex, personalized marketing campaigns with it. The learning curve is somewhat steep, and there are some features that aren't immediately intuitive. It can take some creativity to figure it out, but Iterable is very powerful once you get the hand of it. Iterable's support team is usually pretty helpful and quick to respond. They update the product regularly and have introduced several new features and quality-of-life updates that my team really wanted to see.
