Read Full ReviewThere are some shortcomings when it comes to the multi-brand workspace approach, which leads to complexity in processes. The product works best when each workspace is setup per brand. With this approach, multi-brand companies lose visibility to other brands activities. For companies that share a customer base across multiple brands and do cross sell products across brands, I would still recommend a multi-brand workspace approach, even though it results in complexity and some workarounds.

Read Full ReviewAs a non-retail company it would be great to have more inside the box options to bake in the types of KPIs and incrementality reporting we need to decide if campaigns are success - right now we do a lot of this outside of Braze. Added flexibility around global control groups and holdouts across campaigns would be valuable as well.
