Thanks to, many different channels in the products, we are able to reach our customers. It is very important issue to be able to identify a user that we cannot send a survey from one channel and send it from different channel interms of collecting feedback we can hear our customers voices through many different channels.

So I would have given this a 5 star rating, but I feel that Qualtrics is trying to force is to update or not valuing us. I also feel that Qualtrics doesn't value the Education sector as much, we are the lowest valued customer.
