My experience with Rippling has been positive. I think the platform stands out for its intuitive design and good modular organization, allowing seamless navigation across different functionalities. I think it is very centralized: I can have the full overview of team member life into the company. It's easy, I can see performance reviews, absences, PTO, old evaluations, etc. It feels less like a tool and more like an integrated operating system for people and processes.

ADP offers comprehensive workforce management solutions that streamline employee time tracking and attendance management. On my team, we empowered our hourly employees to manage their own schedules and ADP provided a great platform on which they could easily do that. The system has several clocking in choices through the web portals and mobile app as well as a physical time clock for plant employees. I liked the reporting functionality because it allowed my team to easily view their PTO accruals and deductions.

It has made routine HR tasks much more structured compared to handling things manually or through emails. I especially noticed the difference in how quickly approvals and tracking could be done once everything was set up properly.

This is our 5th year since we started using UKG Pro Workforce Management software. The product has a smooth learning curve and very responsive customer support service providers. Use of the product has helped us in employee performance management, workforce planning and general talent acquisition. It has also simplified and automated all our core HR processes from payroll management, employee life cycle management and applicant tracking. Integration of the software with other tools such as DailyPay, Ema, AllVoices and CompTrak is seamless. The software has generally enabled us to easily manage our budgeting process, forecasting and planning all in one system.

Has made staff scheduling at the clinic much easier. Having an app staff can use, since they are already on their phones all day, is much easier than having to rely on a paper scheduling system.

ADP Workforce Now is a reliable tool that makes managing the employee lifecycle much easier. Now the need for multiple tools has vanished as it offers all the features for HR, time tracking and payroll in one tool.

I found the product has improved & has become more user-friendly with AI upgrades. I used Dayforce before so I'm able to compare the product evolution.

As a user I do not find it very intuitive to use. Having to try and selecting certain days can be frustrating or trying to review previous time off requests it a multi step process. You should be able to just click backwards on the calendar instead of having to build a report.
