As a result of an acquisition we have been introduced to the Monetate Suite of solutions. Beyond what a product delivers on your website to your customers, it is important to call out the business user tool sets within the tool to manage the solutions. They are well thought out, easy to follow and will not require your IT team's help.

The tool is very robust, but can be challenging to leverage to its potential with a small team. Everything requires development to make the branding match the website so you must have these resources available. As a small team with limited resources this has been a challenge.

Overall we are very happy with Emarsys as a system and with the support and service we receive from the personnel working at Emarsys.

My experience with the personalization engine has been positive, we had initially had a nother solution and had a hard time getting it set up. We had a better experience with Netcore because they held our hand in getting our internal roadblocks fixed so that we could benefit from their product.

Basic product recommendations work well. Excellent merchandising tools. Issues with more complex recommendations that require a lot of manual effort.

Coveo works like a charm for creating individualized experiences for large set of customers with its strong AI features. It utilizes sophisticated ML which indeed creates a difference. Recommended from my side.
