While the Conviva platform was essential for quickly identifying and resolving issues post-launch and deepening our insights with features like ECO for customized reporting, there is still a need for more flexibility in how we manage event durations. Despite this. Conviva's ongoing commitment to improving its services makes it a key partner in our media operations.
