TeamViewer Tensor has been an excellent remote access and support platform within our organisation. It has provided reliable connectivity and strong security controls features that have definitely improved our ability to support our end-users. It's straight-forward for user and technicians to use, reducing the time it takes for us to resolve their issues.

Zoho Assist has been an incredible addition to our toolbox. One of the biggest reasons for this is the ability to remotely support devices across Operating Systems, without needing to be on that specific OS. Being part of an institution that is mostly Windows OS, we found it difficult to provide remote support for other OS, but with Zoho, we can now remote in to support all of our users. Zoho has also provided us with an easy to use tool to push minor commands that helped fix issues quickly and easily.

Splashtop is the only platform that worked for me on a consistent basis. Our office primarily uses a competitor, but I had a bad experience with their connectivity and reliability. AnyDesk has been a very reliable remote access tool for daily use. It works well even on low bandwith connections and offers fast and stable sessions. Some advanced features require a paid license, but the core functionality is solid and easy to use.

Overall, BeyondTrust's remote support tool is an amazing product that rarely gives issues which is great when working with it almost every day. With the good performance, the rare issues are very negligible and are more of quality-of-life issues rather than performance issues.

High quality training, well-structured and relevant content for the cybersecurity field. Instructors are competent and available. The pace is well-suited for apprenticeship profiles. Some minor improvements could be made to course materials, but overall a very positive and professionally enriching experience.

RemotePC makes it possible for our teams to access work resources from any location. The tool also makes it possible to offer/get remote help from any location and it saves us costs while ensuring productivity. Our IT technicians can quickly deal with any IT issue remotely and from any location which makes RemotePC a very convenient tool and a must have.

The overall experience is good, there are few errors, and the system delivers on its promises. Remote access is quite stable, and file transfers rarely cause errors.
