The interface feels dated, workflows require too many manual steps, and the system often struggles with larger datasets, making it challenging to quickly analyze trends or variances. Collaboration across teams is limited, and customization options are not as intuitive as modern tools. Overall, Logility gets the job done at a foundational level, but it falls short in usability, automation and advanced analytics compared to newer platforms. Our organization is steadily advancing along its supply chain transformation roadmap, and we expect the full impact of Maestro to be realized upon completion of the final phase. In particular, its integration with our existing AI demand forecasting solution allows us to instantly capture SKU-level demand fluctuations and accelerate cross-functional coordination. Although there was some trial and error at the early stage while adapting to the Fit-to-Standard approach, maintaining a non-customization policy has enabled us to achieve both operational stability and scalability. Furthermore, its high-speed computational performance and scenario analysis capabilities are creating an environment where executives and on-site teams can engage in discussions based on the same data. Overall, our experience with o9 has been positive, but with clear learning curve. The platform is powerful and well suited for integrated planning across multiple domains (demand, supply, and financial planning), and it provides strong capabilities for scenario analysis and end-to-end visibility that were difficult with legacy tools. What has worked well is the flexibility of the platform and it's ability to model complex planning logic in a single environment. Once the core data models and processes were defined, it became easier to align different planning areas and have more structured, transparent decissions around scenarios and trade-offs. At the same time, implementation requieres significant upfront effort. Data readiness, master data alignment, and clear ownership of processes are critical, and the level of complexity means that strong governance and experienced implementation resources are needed. Progress and usability depend heavily on design decisions made eary on.
