Overall, I really like how MaintainX brings teams together to work as a cohesive unit. Work orders and procedures can tap multiple resources when needed automatically with very little oversight which brings efficiency to processes that could otherwise prove taxing and challenging.

It has features or functionality like Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, inventory management, monitoring and integration capabilities significantly improves operational stability and efficiency. Work becomes comparatively easy to do with work scheduling and reporting tools. overall IBM Maximo suite is one of the best asset management tool existing in the market.

Once you're familiar with the interface, it's very intuitive to use. I admit that the first few days it was quite confusing due to the number of modules and options, but once I became familiar with some of them, I understood that most of them work in a very similar way. I think it's a tool that can greatly help us manage our entire maintenance area, as long as the database is always up-to-date and all the information in it is accurate. However, I don't find it very practical that much of the information to populate the platform has to be entered manually. I also find the information that can be shared with third parties, our clients, very limited, since the module only shows them the requests they make. It would be much more efficient for our organization if they could also access the technical analysis module, so they could see the statistics on assets and work orders for the equipment and locations from which these requests are made. This would give them a much clearer picture of costs, times, and other statistics. Another issue I dislike is how poorly designed the Android phone app is, since the buttons at the top are below the phone icons that show battery, network, wifi, etc., making it very difficult to tap any of the top buttons.

Our overall experince with SAP EAM has been higly positive. The system serves as a robust, centralized platform that successfully integrates our asset registry with preventive maintenance work scheduling. It significantly improved our operational uptime and streamlined parts procurment. While the intial setup was complex, the long-term stability and deep cross-module integration with financial ledger and inventory make it an invaluable asset for our organization.

Good system and highly customizable, both as a user and when setting up the org account. Takes some time to learn as a new user, but overall good experience. Analytics and reporting is great—easily create recurring custom reports to help with inventory management, change logs, and work scheduling.

it provides a stable and comprehensive HR system with strong compliance and core process coverage. It performs reliably for transaction operation like emp records , reports , learning . However the platfrom feels leagcy heavy, with limited flexibility , complex integrations and a bit less intuitive for UX, requiring ongoing support and customization efforts.
