This was a very positive and successful end-to-end engagement. The sales team knew the product well and its capabilities, understood our needs and seamlessly showcased how Ironclad could meet and/or exceed those needs. I appreciate the transparency that we were able to develop over the course of the negotiations. The implementation team was well coordinated and organized, and our legal engineer was well versed in the build out of workflows and was able to provide viable alternatives for workflow configurations given the contracting needs we had in mind. We are currently onboarding our employees onto the platform in a phased approach that will be completed by end of Q2. Tech support has been phenomenal, response time has been excellent and the quality of guidance and steps to address the items we have had has been exceptional. Resolutions have been on point every time.

Our experience with Conga CLM has been largely positive. The solution has helped us gain better control and transparency over our contracts while bringing consistency to how contracts are generated, reviewed, approved, and managed throughout their lifecycle. Although the implementation phase required careful planning and technical effort, the benefits became clear once the system was in active use. Features such as workflow automation, centralized contract storage, and obligation tracking have reduced manual work and strengthened our compliance processes.

Overall, this system is much better than the previous systems we were using and it combined three systems into one for us! Overall I would like a little more flexibility as far as customization for some of our complex processes but Sirion does always try to find a workaround or update in a later cycle to accommodate our needs. The reps have been amazing partners to work with. They are consistently kind, patient and understanding of our needs and willing to work things out with us when we have questions.

LinkSquares has provided our organization with a streamlined contract management system. By working with our representatives at LinkSquares, we have been able to specifically tailor the platform to meet our organization's needs. From initial contract submission and review, to execution and storage, the process has been effortless. We have also been able to implement termination and auto-renewal reports, which run weekly. Highly satisfied!

Overall, my experience has been very positive. As a solutions partner, Docusign has been consistently responsive and committed to supporting our work. While there are natural complexities that come with product and integration work, the team has shown accountability, collaboration, and a genuine interest in mutual success. From a platform perspective, Docusign CLM has proven to be one of the most intuitive solutions we evaluated for document approval routing. We've implemented it for our client, and it has been exceptionally received. Adoption is progressing well, reflecting both the platform's ease of use and the shift away from previously fragmented, email-driven processes toward a more consistent and structured workflow. The platform is effectively addressing the inefficiencies it was selected to solve and supporting a more streamlined approval experience.

Our overall experience with Icertis has been excellent and it has been a real game changer for our organisation. We use the platform both as a central contract repository and for full end-to-end lifecycle management, including template-driven creation, structured approval workflows, audit trails, and automated notifications for renewals and expirations. This has significantly improved transparency, governance, and operational control. What has made the biggest difference is the combination of structure and automation: we now have clear, auditable processes, visibility into obligations and renewal risks, and reliable data for reporting. The implementation is complex, but this reflects the nature of enterprise contract lifecycle management rather than a limitation of the tool. In fact, it is a strength that Icertis already provides the depth of functionality and configuration options needed for large organisations. The platform clearly reflects extensive market experience and supports both basic and highly advanced use cases.

In working with our developer, we have been able to customize the platform to suit our needs. For some time, we struggled with responsiveness from our representatives but it seems like we now have representative dedicated to our account who have set up regular meetings to touch base and address any needs/action items.
