This was a very positive and successful end-to-end engagement. The sales team knew the product well and its capabilities, understood our needs and seamlessly showcased how Ironclad could meet and/or exceed those needs. I appreciate the transparency that we were able to develop over the course of the negotiations. The implementation team was well coordinated and organized, and our legal engineer was well versed in the build out of workflows and was able to provide viable alternatives for workflow configurations given the contracting needs we had in mind. We are currently onboarding our employees onto the platform in a phased approach that will be completed by end of Q2. Tech support has been phenomenal, response time has been excellent and the quality of guidance and steps to address the items we have had has been exceptional. Overall, this system is much better than the previous systems we were using and it combined three systems into one for us!
