It's a great platform that makes it quick and easy to build AI Agents without needing much IT expertise. A major atvantage is that you can use different AI technologies side by side (from deterministic to agentic). I can also use the individual LLM API I want and the visuell experience ist excellent. Support is fast, attentive and you do not feel like a number, even as a smaller customer. Hopefully, this will remain the case after becoming part of Nice. Feature requests are also possible. It is also essential that there are constant feature updates, so you never feel like you are missing out on something important happening in the AI world.

Choosing Sprinklr gives us everything in one place for the first time, instead of having multiple systems to deliver capabilities (channel coverage, CSAT, quality, AI Agents). While not all features are best-in-class, they are all very good. The experience with Yellow has been very positive. The application is straightforward to use. It is constantly being updated which has given us additional features we didn't expect to find.

From a quality assurance and test execution standpoint, deploying this platform has given us a highly structured environment to build, validate and monitor our conversational workflows. Our team's primary focus during user acceptance testing (UAT) was evaluating semantic intent matching and ensuring data retrieval through RAG didn't introduce hallucinations. The platform's built-in conversational framework has proven to be stable and predictable. While the initial system tuning and establishing strict data sanitation rules took significant validation cycles to minimize edge-case failure, the overall reliability of the deployment has successfully streamlined our automated dialogue handling.

We have been very impressed with Omilia's IVR solution and people. Everything from interacting with Omilia staff to requirements gathering and implementation has been exceptional. This IVR was selected due to its AI abilities and so far it has delivered what was promised.

For our purposes, Amelia provides a wealth of information to interact seamlessly with customers without the need to search for information on secondary CRM platforms. There are several features that could be improved to enhance the agent user experience. unsure if this is within the capabilities of Amelia or simply a feature we haven't yet implemented
