JOSYS was excellent because it not only provided visualization of SaaS management, but also integrated it into operations, including inventory, workflow, and application/approval (employee portal). It also felt scalable, even when the number of managed items increased due to subsidiaries or M&A. On the other hand, there was room for improvement in areas such as the maintenance of department information (accumulation of unnecessary departments due to lack of deletion functionality), the unclear nature of update notifications, and the flexibility of custom integrations, preventing it from receiving a perfect score.

It's a much smoother experience and feels like a modern product. Vaults took some getting used to, since our users were used to a more folder oriented structure. But that was a very minor hurdle.

ServiceNow is a powerful platform that streamlines IT workflows and improves service delivery. Its automation and integration capabilities reduce manual effort and provide strong visibility through dashboards. While setup and customization can be complex, once implemented the system is reliable, flexible, and delivers clear operational value.

CloudEagle turned our compliance process around. We went from scrambling to pull together evidence for audits to having everything ready at any given moment. The platform tracks every access event, every approval, and every policy enforcement action. Our auditors were impressed, and frankly so were we.

BetterCloud has really assisted our team with automating most of the manual and repetitive tasks such as user management, onboarding and offboarding and license management.

product is easy to use. easy to customize, helps us track the applications in use, and keep our data and contracts in one place. disadvantages are that it might take a long time to update every new app - would be great to use AI capabilities here. also, took us a very long time to reconcile the differences between what we saw in our financial systems and the information marked as expense in zylo
