We've had a great experience working with Simpplr! From our initial implementation in 2023, we've had nothing but good experiences with the Simpplr team. They've been super helpful in getting some of our feature requests off the ground and are always open to our product feedback. They've included us in early product testing for new features, and gotten our feedback on feature designs. Even in moments where we've had some pretty extensive bugs with the product, they have given us great service and have escalated us to executive level when necessary. We really do pressure test every feature from Simpplr and so appreciate their partnership in helping improve the platform and our overall experience in it.

As a small team we find using the CMS pretty straight forward and training others is not too bad. However, at the moment we aren't taking full advantage of all the features and updates the product has to offer. Through tailored meetings and guidance, I feel that our customer manager has done an amazing job at keeping us updated and motivated. We had productive sessions on looking to the future and ways we can improve not only our employee expereince with the product but also how we can become more efficient as a team and work smarter using technology.
