Workvivo is a very powerful employee communication platform that works especially well for hybrid and remote teams. Its engagement features are suited for modern workplaces because it was created with social media in mind to look more engaging. Multichannel communication is a very strong aspect of Workvivo as employees can easily receive all notifications through their mobile phones, desktop system, social media style feeds or through chats. Companies do not need employees to be present in the company to see the new notification. Companies can easily provide information regardless of where employees are working. Workvivo provides many good features for editorial management for HR teams, managers and the company's top leadership like managing campaigns, publishing company news, any type of announcement, control of internal messaging. Workvivo also provides a search feature to the employees which is useful for them to find any particular document, announcement, post or people. Workvivo has another great feature related to collaboration between different teams through community spaces, discussions, chats, reactions etc. Teams can more naturally interact on Workvivo instead of simply using emails for discussion.

The product setup is well thought out, the support is fast, the product development insights are very good, the customer service is very good, however, I would classify the pricing model as higher pricey.

We've had a great experience working with Simpplr! From our initial implementation in 2023, we've had nothing but good experiences with the Simpplr team. They've been super helpful in getting some of our feature requests off the ground and are always open to our product feedback. They've included us in early product testing for new features, and gotten our feedback on feature designs. Even in moments where we've had some pretty extensive bugs with the product, they have given us great service and have escalated us to executive level when necessary. We really do pressure test every feature from Simpplr and so appreciate their partnership in helping improve the platform and our overall experience in it.

We've had a wonderful experience with the MangoApps platform and truly see it as a valued partner in helping us communicate more effectively across our organization. One of the things we appreciate most is its strong multichannel communication capability, which makes it easy to connect with employees wherever they are - especially through its seamless mobile-friendly experience. That flexibility has made a real difference for our team. We also love the ability to personalize notifications, which helps our messages feel more relevant, timely, and meaningful to different audiences. Perhaps most importantly, we've been incredibly pleased with Mango's openness to feedback and their genuine willingness to add our wish-list items to their innovation roadmap and execute them (which we previously struggled with on our last platform). This kind of responsiveness and collaboration gives us great confidence in the product and makes us excited about our continued partnership.

Blink as a product is great. I had a great overall experience launching this product and supporting colleagues with their questions regarding the product post launch. I find it easy to get colleagues on board with using Blink and the majority of interactions I have had with frontline staff regarding Blink have been positive.

Interact is an exceptional intranet provider. We've used them for 9+ years as a SaaS and are very pleased with the platform and customer care.

The combination of features, ease of use, and support is compelling.

As a small team we find using the CMS pretty straight forward and training others is not too bad. However, at the moment we aren't taking full advantage of all the features and updates the product has to offer. Through tailored meetings and guidance, I feel that our customer manager has done an amazing job at keeping us updated and motivated. We had productive sessions on looking to the future and ways we can improve not only our employee expereince with the product but also how we can become more efficient as a team and work smarter using technology.
