Our overall experience with Omnia is positive and our collaboration with the Omnia team is seamless and has accelerated our continuous improvements as their expertise across strategy, governance, design, and configuration is exactly what we need to succeed. We greatly value the ease of using the platform. We serve ~15.000 global users across 140 locations, and Omnia supports our entire intranet setup, including solutions like House of Policies without additional platform costs. Our editors generally find Omnia intuitive, through in the early phases some preferred working directly in SharePoint. When we first started, the product wasn't mature enough to meet all our requirements, and we invested in several customizations. Today, most of these are offered OOTB, showing how quickly the platform evolves. Some Features Lack Consistency and Sophistication in Language Handling
Not all features were as smooth as presented in the bid process. Omnia could take the role as an adviser more often. Don't just solve a customer need, also explain the consequences of the solution (i.e. making custom configurations that are less robust in new versions of Omnia, creating unforeseen challenges for the customer)
