VTEX has enabled a major step forward in our digital transformation, delivering a modern platform that aligns well with our long-term growth strategy. Their team (especially the architects) was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and results-driven throughout the implementation process and remains so post-cutover. The admin interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has helped with onboarding and daily operations. That said, having more 3rd party integrations would reduce the need for custom work in future phases (even though most of our custom development stemmed from our own business rules, not platform gaps). Overall i am really happy with Bigcommerce and VERY glad I selected it. The support team is quick to respond and when we've hit large scale outages they tend to be on it and fixing things very quickly. The platform does what we need it to, it's secure, safe, easy to use and reliable. We've yet to come up with much that between our own internal developers or external developers that we can't do. We have regular sessions with our CSM and have good relationships with other retailers to discuss ideas and concepts and frustrations. Some recent enhancements have slowed us down in the back end/control panel and changes are rolled out without considering some larger merchants. Additionally the Bigcommerce 'out the box' offering is getting more and more limited, as Bigcommerce encourages 'Best in class' third parties, rather than developing their own platform more.Read all insights and reviews for BigCommerce
