SAP enable now provides very intuitive, flexible effective training to all SAP or non SAP users. It offers cost effective medium for creating training contents, managing org level content at one place. SAP enable now is very customizable and easy to deploy tool with easy scalable opportunities. There are still some places to improve but overall i would rate if 7 out of 10 as it performs seamlessly for the function its been created for.

Our experience with WhatFix, their account management team, fast track migrations team and their support teams has been highly positive. Migration was completed in spite of some challenging technical roadblocks on our side. The Migration team was highly competent and very responsive. Follow up with our account managers is consistent and valuable. The fact that they use their own product to guide their users through the WhatFix dashboard really speaks to the quality of their product.

Positive overall. Powerful analytics-first tool that gives product teams deep visibility into how users interact with our applications and provides robust in-app guidance and feedback capabilities. The flipside is that it comes with a noticeable complexity and premium cost

Cornerstone has been a robust solution for managing learning, performance and talent development across our organization. This platform offers extensive features for compliance training, career development and performance review. Its reporting and analytical capabilities provide valuable insight for HR decision making. However, user interface may feel dated and complex for new user and customer support response can be faster

My overall experience with Userlane has been great and positive. Particularly in our Innovation banking space where we scale, compliance and consistency matter. Userlane has worked well for in-app guidance, onboarding and reducing the learning curve for complex internal and customer facing applications. To no-code (low-code) approach allows product, UX and training teams to build and maintain walkthroughs without heavy developer involvement. This gives our innovation team improvement in speed and reduces dependency on engineering resources. They most helpful is the analytics and usage insights to understand user adoption and identifying friction points. As part of our POCs we want to understand that first to make it smooth. There are areas that could be improved, like advanced customization and handling of highly dynamic or frequently changing UIs can be challenging and sometimes require workarounds. Additionally performance impact and governance controls need close monitoring in large regulated environment. Overall we belove they delivers string value for onboarding, guidance but continue improvement would make it even more effective

My experience with the tts performance suite as well as the people behind it is absolutely positive. For me as a project leader and product owner a reliable and knowledgeable counterpart on tts' side is essential. Our customer advisor brings both (and more) to the table and made a huge difference during implementation and the operating phase. They are the best fit for us. They have long-term experience, an extensive understanding of our needs and have always provided the best solutions. I would say I'm an enthusiastic fan of the tts team and performance suite.
