The onboarding was quite intense and long in the beginning, with a lot of information and different points of contact, which sometimes made the process feel a bit overwhelming. However, once we got through that initial phase, the platform proved to be really powerful and full of potential. Some functionalities do require technical support - and the support team has been consistently helpful, responsive and genuinely committed to solving our issues. Whatfix also offers strong analytics capabilities, valuable guidance tools and effective AI-driven search features. It's a robust solution that can add a lot of value, as long as the organization is ready to invest time in learning and adopting it properly. My overall experience with Userlane has been great and positive. Particularly in our Innovation banking space where we scale, compliance and consistency matter. Userlane has worked well for in-app guidance, onboarding and reducing the learning curve for complex internal and customer facing applications. To no-code (low-code) approach allows product, UX and training teams to build and maintain walkthroughs without heavy developer involvement. This gives our innovation team improvement in speed and reduces dependency on engineering resources. They most helpful is the analytics and usage insights to understand user adoption and identifying friction points. As part of our POCs we want to understand that first to make it smooth. There are areas that could be improved, like advanced customization and handling of highly dynamic or frequently changing UIs can be challenging and sometimes require workarounds. Additionally performance impact and governance controls need close monitoring in large regulated environment. The people at Cornerstone are fantastic. Very proactive and helpful which made the process as good as it could be. The system is very robust and there are so many offerings available that CSOD could have done a better job of clarifying what was and was not a part of our package. They also could provide more in-depth information on how certain parts of the system work. There were a good number of pitfalls in the process that could have been foreseen by experienced individuals that were not provided to us, causing us to do more trial and error than I think was necessary. But overall the experience has been great and that is truly because of the in-depth hard work of their implementation team and the support provided through their Global Support Center.
