Smartsheet is easily one of my favorite platforms. It has so much flexibility - there are a LOT of different things you can do with Smartsheet, and absolutely everything can be customized to fit your needs. The Smartsheet Community makes Smartsheet stand out from its competitors - a phenomenal community that has amazing resources and helps each other to learn and grow. The only reason the review lost a star is the obvious change in executive focus - where the main focus used to be customer experience (and you could FEEL it), the shift is to make as much money as possible and push AI. It's changed customer service, and not for the better.

Honestly, Monday's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. The visual layout makes it easy to see where stuff stands at a glance, and I like that I can set it up differently for different projects instead of being stuck with one rigid setup. Onboarding my team went smoother then I expected tbh. That said, it gets noisy really fast. Once you got multiple boards running with automations firing off left and right, the notifications pile up and I have caught myself muting things just to get through the day. The pricing per seat also starts to sting when you wanna add occasional collaborators who dont need full experience. And some features I thought would be standard ended up locked behind a higher tier than we are on, which is kinda annoying. Overall I'd say it does the job, but I wouldnt call it love.

ClickUp has honestly become one of my favorite tools to work with day to day. The ability to customize views, set priorities, and track tasks across multiple projects all in one place has made my workflow so much smoother. As someone who juggles several work streams at once, being able to see everything laid out clearly, whether in list, board, or calendar view, is a game-changer. The commenting and tagging features also make cross-team communication way easier without having to jump between platforms. 10/10 would recommend this to any team that wants to stay organized without losing their minds! 😄

We use Trello to collaboratively manage work across our real estate operations and it is one of the most practical and value packed tools in our workflow. It combines numerous useful features into a clean and straightforward workspace that has improved how we organize projects, coordinate teams and track execution. Trello has helped us to fully transition into a digital task management approach where we manage assignments, progress updates, documents and deadlines centrally. Its visual structure has made task tracking effortless. Wrike has proven to be a very flexible project management tool to support complex and niche scenarios, it's very easy for end-users to adopt and the ability to create a plan and then see that plan executed live in real-time by the team's is powerful and quite unique to Wrike; I've not really seen it achieved anywhere near as easily in other products. It works best when you empower teams to adopt and use it first and then standardise their ways of working overtime, but this does mean that for a larger implementation like ours you will want to carefully plan how you'll govern and administrate the platform so that things like custom fields don't become a mess. It's good for you if you want that combination of collaborative workforce management and project planning, I wouldn't recommend anything else. It's also good if you will need a lot of customisability. If you just want a project management tool alone though then it's neither better or worse than competitor products.

My overall experience with Jira has been very positive. I work in an aerospace scale up, where engineering, operations, finance and quality teams need to work closely together. Jira helps us create a shared space where everyone can see tasks and priorities, and their progress. Before structuring our workflows with Jira, collaborations with teams were not always aligned. Information was spread across emails and meetings, and it was not always clear who was responsible for what. With Jira, we improved transparency, ownership and coordination across all the departments. It became easier to manage dependencies and avoid misunderstandings.

Airtable has so many features that I can't even begin to explain how useful it has been. We have been developing a product workflow tool within Airtable, leverage forms, automations, interfaces and more. The API documentation has been very useful in getting us to push data into Airtable on a regular cadence. Support is also great and we get responses in a very timely manner from them. Our stakeholders love Airtable for its visual design (color coding, whitespace) and customizable branding. It's not your normal grayscale sheet!
